Nothing is more beautiful than the moment when two hearts and two souls fall in love, trust one another, and choose to unite their lives as one. I had the privilege of capturing this engagement session at Piedmont Park in Atlanta for a wonderful African American couple, as an Atlanta engagement and wedding photographer.
As evening approached and dusk settled over the park, the lights throughout Piedmont Park slowly came to life. People passed by on the bridge as the city moved quietly around us, while the couple shared a joyful and intimate moment together. I positioned them with a line of glowing light posts behind them, surrounded by the soft darkness of twilight. The atmosphere was romantic, peaceful, and filled with happiness.
In that moment, the shutter clicked - and a story was created. A piece of their life journey was preserved forever. This twilight engagement portrait feels timeless and artistic, not just a photograph, but a meaningful piece of art that reflects their love and connection.
